Answer
On-street parking is free in all towns and cities apart from certain parts of Belfast, Newry, and Lisburn where Controlled Parking Zones are in place. However, time bound restrictions may apply, depending on the location, to limit the duration of parking in certain areas to prevent all day parking and encourage an ongoing turnover of spaces.
