Answer
The HSC Business Services Organisation (BSO) holds data on the number of prescriptions prescribed in Primary Care and dispensed by a community pharmacist, dispensing doctor or appliance contractor. It does not hold information on the number of patients to whom the prescriptions are dispensed.
Information has been provided for patients dispensed products within British National Formulary (BNF) Chapter 2 - Cardiovascular System between 2019 and 2023.
