Answer
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service has provided an estimate of the average cost of an ambulance call out to Belfast city centre during hours associated with the night-time economy of £1,435.
This estimate is based on the cost of providing an ambulance crew over a 12-hour shift and reflects direct operational costs only. It does not include costs relating to dispatch and communications, capital expenditure or the apportionment of corporate management or other service overheads.
