To ask the Minister for Communities, pursuant to AQW 38730/22-27, to detail (i) an update on the scoping exercise regarding the feasibility and sustainability of an industry levy on licensed gambling operators; and (ii) whether his Department has now determined if this levy can be implemented within the 2022-27 Assembly mandate.
