Answer
RQIA does not hold details of the commissioning arrangements of HSC Trusts in relation to Home Care agencies.
In the last three years, RQIA undertook enforcement action* against four Home Care Agencies, based in the following HSC Trust areas:
| BHSCT | NHSCT | SEHSCT | SHSCT | WHSCT | Agency based outside Northern Ireland | |
| 2023-24 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 1 |
| 2024-25 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| 2025-26 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
*Enforcement action can include issuing a Failure to Comply Notice, Improvement Notice, placing conditions on the registration of a service or cancelling the registration of a service.
