Answer
An Article Two Inquest is an inquest into a death involving the State (its agents and/or employees) which is conducted to comply with Article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights (EHCR), namely the right to life i.e. that everyone's right to life shall be protected by law.
This information is not recorded by any of the Health and Social Care Trusts and would be more appropriately directed to the Coroner Service, which is under the remit of the Department of Justice.
